Quality management in “Korston Group of Companies”.
HR Department conducts daily monitoring of departments and sections’ activities, controls the observing of standards and conducts training of Company employees. The existing situation creates the most favourable opportunities for exposing and defining problems in Company’s business and makes it possible to correct and eliminate them. It’s a positive process aimed exclusively at winning in severe competition.
The objective of forming quality control system is to improve the efficiency of business processes; quality control system is being formed not to manage people, but to manage business processes, so if corrections are properly provided, the system must work without any faulty operations. At present we are working at developing and implementing of new modules into Company quality control system. Special attention is being paid to the developing of standards and the controlling of standards observing. Quality control results will provide the basis for clarification of the real business situation of the Company and possible ways of its further development.
HR Department has been recently working on the corrections and adjustments of the Complex training Program, working out of necessary documentation, implementing quality control measures and developing new incentive schemes. Our task is to brief our employees on their tasks, responsibilities and duties; to introduce standards which should be observed when they perform their work and, of course, to conduct training orientated at improving necessary competencies.
